Pivo is doing the same for equestrian sports. Ken Kim
Founder and CEO of Pivo, I lead the creation of AI-powered smartphone robotics and connected sports technology used by athletes and creators worldwide. With a background spanning AI, robotics, and 3D digital twins, I focus on building intuitive tools at scale that turn professional-grade performance tracking into everyday experiences. Driven by a passion for sports — especially equestrian — I’m committed to products that riders, coaches, and creators genuinely love, fostering communities that grow stronger with every shared ride, video, and insight.
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
JW Jung
JW brings over a decade of experience in technology, software development, and the ways they can shape human behavior, productivity, and learning. With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from one of Korea’s top universities, he began his career at Samsung Electronics, where he worked on innovative devices and software used worldwide. His time in the classroom as a professor and consultant further deepened his understanding of how people adapt to new technologies and how those tools can be used to educate and empower.
That blend of technical expertise and human-centered perspective became the foundation for his work as co-founder of 3i, where he has been instrumental in developing Beamo and Pivo. At Pivo, JW’s leadership in software development has helped create intuitive, AI-driven tools that make advanced technology accessible to creators and businesses everywhere - transforming the way people capture, share, and learn through immersive media.

Stu Jacob
Pivo Equestrian is built on a vision: technology designed for equestrians, by equestrians. My name is Stu Jacob, and I’ve spent over 30 years pioneering transformative concepts in media, sports, advertising, and publishing—helping launch companies and AI technologies for IBM or that were later acquired or funded by Comcast, CBS, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, and Liberty Media, Viacom, Time Warner, GE, and Reuters.
A lifelong rider, I’ve spent the past several years immersed in natural horsemanship, learning to build true partnerships with horses based on respect, trust, and understanding. For me, riding is not just about riding—it’s about living. As Winston Churchill said, “There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man."
At Pivo, I’m fusing my deep background in technology, storytelling, and content innovation with my passion for the equestrian lifestyle. From integrating AI-powered auto-follow video systems into modern training to developing global digital learning platforms, my goal is to give every rider the same powerful tools once reserved for elite athletes. Together with trainers, clinicians, and horse enthusiasts worldwide, we’re reshaping how riders learn, connect, and grow—one ride at a time.
Engineering Project Manager
Mateusz Dziurla
I’m a lifelong equestrian and tech founder who’s spent as much time in the saddle as behind a screen. Before joining Pivo as Engineering Project Manager, I built products as a full-stack developer, led teams as a CTO, and founded start-ups from scratch. But horses have always been at the heart of my life.
I’ve competed internationally in 3-day eventing and Intermediaire dressage. Today, I co-run one of the largest equestrian facilities in the county with my fiancée, Nina Lilja — a six-time European Championship rider.
I know first-hand the challenges equestrians face — long days, tight margins, unpredictable horses, and even more unpredictable tech. That’s why I’m passionate about building tools that actually work for riders, trainers, and stable owners. At Pivo, my mission is simple: to help technology make horse life easier, not harder.

Celie Nyblom
If I were to describe myself, I'd say: "Engineer by profession, Equestrian by heart". With a Master of Science in Engineering and a background in E-Commerce, Digital Solutions, and Horse Tech, I bring a wide array of digital experience to the table. But my heart has always beat strongest for the equestrian world — a passion that permeates everything I do.
As a lifelong equestrian with deep roots in show jumping, I’ve worn many hats in the horse world: competitor, full-time rider, trainer, groom, and now dedicated horse owner and breeder. I live on a horse yard surrounded by my four beloved horses, juggling feedings and muddy fields with strategic discussions and technical meetings.
As Product Manager at Pivo Equestrian, I strive to view every technical solution through the eyes of our customers and to develop a product that I, as an equestrian, genuinely love using every day.

The Evolution of Pivo
After launching the first Pivo Pod in 2019, Pivo App was released In the following year. Other Pivo Pod variants followed, along with other milestones like launching on Apple store (US), expansion to 40+ markets and winning the CES 2022 Innovation Award for Pivo Pod X.
In 2022, Pivo Accessory line-up witnessed an expansion, along with winning the Spoga Horse Top Innovation Award and yet again, the CES 2022 Innovation Award for Pivo Max. The year 2023 saw the launch of Pivo Max and partnership with FEI official as the Technology Training Partner.
